Tofu & Avocado Salad

If you're looking for a refreshing and unique salad to add to your menu then look no further than this delicious tofu and avocado salad dressed in Mizkan Sesame & Chilli Miso Sauce. It's quick to make and packed full of flavour!

  • 60g Mizkan Sesame & Chilli Miso Sauce
  • 15g Mizkan Rice Vinegar
  • 10g soy sauce
  • 10g honey
  • 2g sesame oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Small handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Small handful of cubed tofu
  • Handful of salad leaves
  1. Whisk the Mizkan Sesame & Chilli Miso Sauce with the Mizkan Rice Vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil until fully combined.
  2. In a bowl, add mixed salad leaves, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, cubed tofu, and toss with the dressing.
  3. Plate up and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, to garnish.
