Yakitori
Traditional Japanese Yakitori involves barbecuing meat on a skewer, often over Japanese binchotan charcoal. We've added layers of flavour to this classic Japanese street food with Mizkan Yuzu & Green Chilli Sauce. Those zesty yuzu citrus flavours and warm chilli notes are the perfect complement to the charred meat!

- spring onion, sliced
- 60g Mizkan Yuzu & Green Chilli Sauce 60g
- 9g soy sauce
- 54g Mizkan Mirin
- 12g Saikyo miso
- 10g sesame seeds
- Cut your chicken into bite-size chunks and skewer with alternate pieces of chicken and spring onion pieces.

- Barbeque over binchotan charcoal or in a hot grill, glazing with the dressing until cooked.
