Sesame & Miso Chilli Steak Panini

This is a steak sandwich with a delicious twist! Made with Mizkan Sesame & Chilli Miso Sauce, it has a chilli kick and smoky, nutty tones that make it a must-try addition to any lunch or dinner menu.

  • 3tbsp Sesame and Miso Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 thick cut sirloin steak
  • 1 panini
  • handful of shredded lettuce
  • 1 tbsp mixed vegetable coleslaw
  1. Brush Mizkan Sesame & Chilli Miso Sauce over the steak and set aside for 1 hour.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan and add oil to the pan. Add the steak to the pan and cook for just 3 minutes each side.
  3. Rest the steak for 10 minutes covered in foil then cut into thin slices.
  4. Fill each panini with a layer of shredded lettuce on the base then top with the steak and extra Mizkan Sesame & Chilli Miso Sauce.
  5. Top with the coleslaw and serve.
