- 60ml thick Yuzu Ponzu
- 40g green beans
- 3 Tenderstem broccoli pieces
- 2 baby Pok choi cut in half
- 3g ginger puree
- 3g garlic puree
- 25ml light veg oil
- Place the Yuzu Ponzu in a mixing bowl
- Whisk in the Ultratex
- Place into a squeezy bottle ready to use
- Using a hot wok add the oil, ginger and garlic and mix for 10 seconds
- Add all the greens and stir fry until tender
- Mix through the thick Yuzu ponzu
