Honteri & Yuzu Ponzu Turkey Gravy
Take your turkey gravy to the next level with Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu and Honteri!

- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 300ml chicken stock
- 50ml Honteri
- 50ml Yuzu Ponzo
- Add the flour to a roasting tin containing meat juices from your roast turkey. Stir until it forms a dark sandy paste then pour in the stock gradually and stir until you have a smooth paste.
- Stir in the Mizkan Mirin-Style Sweet Seasoning and Yuzu Ponzu then simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and serve with your Christmas dinner. Enjoy!
