Lamb Yakitori with Yuzu Ponzu Salsa

  1. Mix the lamb shoulder with soy sauce & Shiragiku and leave to marinade for 12 hours
  2. Skewer the lamb onto wooden sticks
  3. Grill on all sides for 1.5 minutes per side
  4. Glaze with the thick Yuzu ponzu
  5. Serve with the Yuzu salsa
