Lamb Yakitori with Yuzu Ponzu Salsa

- 100g lamb shoulder 1cm dice
- 10g Mizkan Yuzu Ponzu
- 10g Mizkan Shiragiku
- 10ml thick yuzu ponzu
- 50g yuzu salsa
- Mix the lamb shoulder with soy sauce & Shiragiku and leave to marinade for 12 hours
- Skewer the lamb onto wooden sticks
- Grill on all sides for 1.5 minutes per side
- Glaze with the thick Yuzu ponzu
- Serve with the Yuzu salsa
