Teriyaki Salmon
Teriyaki Salmon is one of the must-have menu items for any Japanese or fusion restaurant. And with Mizkan Teriyaki Sauce, it has never been quicker or easier to make. This recipes calls for binchotan charcoal, but if your restaurant isn't equipped for charcoal cooking, the technique works just as well with a hot grill.
- 60g Mizkan Teriyaki Sauce
- 180g salmon
- 100g steamed rice
- Steamed tenderstem broccoli, to serve
- 3g sesame seeds
- 3g chives
- 1pc lemon
- Skewer the salmon and barbecue over binchotan charcoal whilst frequently applying Mizkan Teriyaki Sauce. This will create layer upon layer of caramelised teriyaki sauce on the salmon.
- Serve on a bed of steamed rice, some Tender stem broccoli, topped with sesame seeds, chives, lemon wedge, and a drizzle of teriyaki sauce on top.
